Mindfulness Group

Join us on Fridays for mindfulness as you close out your week. Please have with you paper and your choice of art medium (pencil, marker, paint, etc…), as well as any music you wish to listen to during the meditation (Calm app, instrumental/ambiant music, etc…).

Groups are offered on Fridays from 1-2pm.

There is no registration fee for this group.
